Painting “Midsummer Night”
Skrīveru kultūras centrs, Andreja Upīša iela 1, Skrīveri, Skrīveru pagasts, Aizkraukles novads, Latvija, LV-5125Great-Master Laimdots Mūrnieks and Uldis Zemzars panno “Midsummer Night” consists of six parts. The work was painted in 1958. In 1961, when the building of the Latvian Agricultural Research Institute was built and opened in Skrīveri, the painting was exposed in the institute hall. Institute kept one of the panoramic parts. The other five parts were given to the Skrīveri Culture Centre.
