Jaunjelgava Baptist church

A Baptist congregation has been operating in Jaunjelgava for more than a century. The church was built in 1897 at the expense of the congregation. 20th century in the sixties the church was taken away and adapted for other purposes. In 1989, the church was returned to the congregation and repaired, expanded. Attention is drawn to the wooden finish of the main hall.
