The Green Land Grove was planted in 1977, with the participation of actors from the National Theatre. Each oak planted by an actor has a plaque with the planter's name and surname. Here, you can also see the oaks planted by Lidija Freimane, Kārlis Sebris, Karps Klētnieks, and other actors, which over the years have grown into a lush and beautiful grove.
Opposite the grove is Andrejs Upītis's birthplace "Kalniņi", which is private property. The grove itself is also on private land, but it is accessible for visitors to view.
