In Skrīveri parish, near Jāņa Purapuķes Street, there is the impressive Kraukļi Stone – a large stone weighing approximately 40 tons with an unusual, axe-like shape. It is about 2 meters high, with a circumference of 12.5 meters, and traces of possible processing can be seen on its surface, which gives it a special historical atmosphere.
The Kraukļi Stone is considered an ancient cult site. The Kraukļipīte River flows next to it and there is a small spring, which further enhances the feeling of nature and mysticism of the place.
