“Laimeskalni” invites you to stop for a moment from the everyday rush and refresh your soul enjoying the sun-raised mornings, mysterious evenings, listening to the birds trilling on the banks of the Daugava surrounded by silence and peace. “Laimeskalni” is a picturesque resting place on the bank of the Daugava, in Seces parish, overlooking the ruins of Koknese Castle. The site offers two cosy holiday cottages with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. Each cottage also has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a terrace. A outdoor hot tub is available (extra charge) as well.

The site has a camping pitch with 8 pitches (electricity connection, own cable required) and a tenting area. Facilities include showers, toilets (including for people with reduced mobility) and a shared outdoor kitchen with electricity.

On the Daugava you can enjoy SUP boarding, rowing boat trips, fishing from the bank or from a boat, or use a jet-ski (only with a driver). There is also a small volleyball court.

“Laimeskalni” is suitable for families, groups of friends and travellers looking for a place to relax in nature - both peaceful and active. You can enjoy unique sunsets and catch the magic of sunrise, and watch the stars rain as you look up at the night sky. We look forward to seeing you this summer!
