Stone of Peter the Great

1,5 km pirms Pļaviņām, Rīgas – Daugavpils šoseja, Klintaines pagasts, Aizkraukles novads, Latvija, LV-5120

Considered to be one of the four border stones of Lokstene, on which the coats of arms of the Archbishop of Riga and his vassal Wrangel have been carved not earlier than in the beginning of the 14th c. The stone is regarded as the oldest dated border stone in Latvia. Also called the Swedish Stone and the Large Stone.
