Brewery “BURSH”

"Bursh" is a beer made from water, malted barley, hops and yeast, boiled, fermented and matured for 30 days on a wood-burning stove. Bursh is one of the smallest breweries in Latvia, located between Zemgale, Vidzeme, Latgale and Selija.

"Bursh" offers a guided tour with a knowledgeable brewer, who will give you a closer insight into the daily life of a brewer, the history of the brewery and the brewing process. The tour also includes a tasting of the beers produced by the brewery to get to know the Bursh beers better and to experience the flavours that are unique to "Bursh" beers.

• "Bursh" offers a banquet hall, a spacious outdoor area with barbecue, fireplace and the possibility of setting up tents. It also offers room hire for parties of up to 30 people.
• "Bursh" works with various caterers who will prepare, bring, decorate and set the table.
• As the brewery is situated in a picturesque, quiet location on the banks of the Aiviekste, you can catch your own fish in the Aiviekste if you have your own fishing rod or spinning rod. You can then cook it over a campfire or barbecue while enjoying the surrounding nature.
• Electricity is also provided for the campervan.
