In 2013, the company’s owner, Jānis Bērziņš, an avid fishing enthusiast, began his journey by smoking farm-raised carp and catfish. Over the years, the product range has expanded significantly and now includes not only carp and catfish, but also sea bass, chicken drumsticks, pork, bacon, and many other delicious delicacies. The company also offers freeze-dried fruit and catfish products, which are true gourmet treasures. These freeze-dried products retain their valuable nutrients, vitamins, and minerals while offering a long shelf life without compromising their exceptional taste.Tasting experiences are also available by prior arrangement.
