For the well-being of body and mind, the Mežezers recreation complex offers a spacious sauna with a stone stove and benches for up to 12 people. For a magical sauna ritual, you can enjoy the outdoor spring pool, which is fed by 12 springs from the mountain's underground lake. The water has energising properties and a stable water temperature of +4°C in all seasons. For an extra cost, a special treatment is available with an experienced bath attendant, who uses aromatic infusions to cast the spirit, bathing and soaking in the spring to perform rituals to heal and balance the body.
